The open meeting for the 9th of Sept at the University is CANCELLED. Instead we are having a joint trip with Scarborough Birders on the Regal Lady for a 2 hour cruise north sea watching. There will be a quiz “Scarborough Bird Brain 2014 “ which will take place in the bar on the voyage back.

Parking: Car parking on the Marine Drive is FREE from 6:00pm

Our Winter programme starts on Tuesday, 23rd September with a talk by Chris Wilson on “Coastal Flowers “ at 7:30pm at the University. We will have a limited number of signed copies of Nan Sykes’ book “Wildflowers of the North Yorkshire Coast” for sale at a reduced price of £2.50 (rrp £4.95) available for purchase on the night.
