After the recent disasters with multiple mortalities Joe Redfern of the Whitby Lobster Hatchery will tell us a bit about what they are doing to maintain a sustainable industry.

Our annual check on the bat hibernacula at Ravenscar railway tunnel. Meet by the National Trust kiosk in Ravenscar for a 10.30 depart. Bring a hard hat and a torch. The floor is often running with water so suitable footwear needed.
