As most of you will know the Society has been doing a repeat of Peter Robinson’s 1993 botanical survey of Deepdale. Apart from the botanical survey we have also been gathering records of as many other groups as possible and will also have a bat survey there on 9th August. To ‘celebrate’ FC are having an open day on the site and all members are invited. Hopefully we should also be able to generate some more records for the site on the day so bring your field guides etc! Exact timings, access etc will be posted when finalised.

As with the Brompton survey in 20219 we will do a talk for the villagers followed by a point survey around the village.
