We will be supporting the Whitby Nats on a point survey at Egton Bridge. We will meet at Egton Bridge in the parking area between St Hedda’s church and the railway line (NZ80440535) at 6.40 where spots will be allocated and any questions re use of the detectors sorted out. Would mean leaving Scarborough at ca 17.30hrs. We will try to arrange car sharing. Contact Nick Gibbons if you are interested.

A chance to see some of our wintering birds. Meet in the Tophill Low car park at 10.00am. There is a charge for entry. We will aim to car share as far as possible.
Our annual check on the bat hibernacula at Ravenscar railway tunnel. Meet by the National Trust kiosk in Ravenscar for a 10.30 depart. Bring a hard hat and a torch. The floor is often running with water so suitable footwear needed.
We will check the boxes at Dalby Beck and Pexton. Meet at the lumbergills statue on Dalby Forest drive ( alive.classics.president SE 85255 85990 ) at 10.00am.
