After last years journey along the undercliff from Whitby to Scarborough Rob will now take us south to Flamborough Head and review the best of the wildlife that we so rarely get to see.
Our first indoor meeting of 2023 will be recorders reports for our 2022 activities including badgers, pine martens, bats, dragonflies and shieldbugs.
A chance to do some birding at Tophill Lows and see what is about. We will try and minimise car usage from Scarborough so will try and organise lifts where practical.

An update by Cath Bashforth on the beaver introduction at Keldy. This is now moving into the final year of the five year project and will show what beavers are capable of!
A talk by Paul Stark to introduce us to the life of solitary bees.
Meet at the Maybeck car park (NX892024) for a 9.30 depart. We will be primarily looking for Adders but spring is in the air so anything may happen!
A talk by Joan Childs looking at comparison of wildlife in the area between the 1970s and the present.
We will be checking the bat boxes again at Keldy and Cropton. This will be done within IUCN guidelines so protective measures will be required as per last year. Further details on this will be published nearer the date as things are constantly being updated.
