Meet at the Maybeck car park (NX892024) for a 9.30 depart. We will be primarily looking for Adders but spring is in the air so anything may happen!

Meet at the crossing of the cinder track on Hood Lane (TA015955). A chance to brush up on your bird song. There is the option of walking to Hayburn Wyke and back along the track or returning from Hayburn Wyke along the Cleveland Way. The round trip is around 2.3miles. If you want a bacon buttie afterwards you will need to ensure you book with Rob Stark.

We will be doing a botany survey of a couple of meadows at White Lodge farm at Langdale end. The fields are kept ‘rough’ for the nesting barn owls which live there.
